At Loreto School Queenswood, Grade R, we accept learners turning from 6. Grade R is the most important step towards the Grade 1 journey you need to ensure that your child is at a school that will prepare them well for it.
Our premises are situated in Queenswood, Moot suburbs, within beautiful surroundings, where your child can learn in a carefree and safe environment.
Educators of this age build safe bridges between home and school and lay a strong foundation upon which all further learning will stand.
It is important to note that, while many schools have fallen into the trap of formalising their reception year with uniforms, pen and paperwork and formal reading instruction, we remain true to the well-documented evidence that the best way for young children to learn is through play.
