The Bridge Assisted Learning Schools are more than just schools – they’re places where potential is unlocked.
We opened our first campus in Lonehill in 2018 to meet the growing need for a nurturing, specialised environment for students facing learning barriers or social-emotional challenges. Today, with two thriving campuses in Lonehill and Morningside, we continue to lead in assisted learning.
What sets us apart is our belief that every child can thrive with the right support. With personalised learning plans, integrated therapies, and a strong culture of care, our students don’t just keep up—they flourish, academically, socially, and emotionally.

The Bridge is an inclusive environment.
At The Bridge, we want our students to thrive – not just cope.
We believe that every child has the potential to achieve great things when given the right environment, support, and encouragement. That’s why we evaluate academic progress in a way that is tailored to each individual. We consider their unique challenges, celebrate their strengths, and help them build steadily on their successes. Our ultimate goal is to empower students to reach – and realise – their highest potential.
A Neurodiverse Approach to Learning
We understand that no two brains are alike – and that’s something to celebrate. Neurodiversity recognises that differences in how people think, learn, and process the world are normal and valuable. At The Bridge, we embrace a neurodiverse approach that supports students with a wide range of learning and thinking differences, ensuring they are understood, accepted, and given every opportunity to flourish.
Individualised Learning in Action
Each student at The Bridge has a personalised learning plan tailored to their unique profile. Our classrooms are thoughtfully designed to support different learning styles, sensory needs, and cognitive approaches. Whether a student learns best through movement, visuals, discussion, or hands-on experience, our environment and methods are designed to meet them where they are.
Integrated Support Services
We offer on-site occupational therapy and speech therapy to further support the developmental and communication needs of our students. These services are woven into the school day to provide meaningful, consistent, and integrated assistance that enhances both academic and social-emotional growth.
A Positive, Supportive Partnership
Choosing The Bridge means joining a community where your child will be supported, understood, and guided every step of the way. We work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure that learning is a shared journey. With empathy, innovation, and expertise, we’re here to help each child shine in their own unique way.
